PICK UP INFORMATION
*All pickup information must be read before purchasing from Inu Otai online store
Pick up location: 2/53 Smallwood St, underwood. 4119
Pickups time slots are to be booked at check out, if you require to collect outside of hours, please leave a note when adding your Otai drinks into your cart in the special instruction text box if you'd like to request a time outside of the hours listed, and we'll get back to you right away to organize something.
Pickup instructions are as follows:
Please walk up the driveway and knock at the front door and state your name on the order.
Running Late:
If you know you may be running late, please send us a message. we understand that these things can happen. if you are or know you will be running later then 30mins please organize for someone else to pick your Otai up as we do have other commitments.
If you can not make it at all on your allocated time we do reserve the right to cancel your order with no refund or exchange as our drinks are made fresh.
